Home Sled Run

The kids have been doing their best to enjoy the snow. I'd estimate we got an additional foot last week with the big storm. Our schools were closed for two days. This weekend we build a sled run in the front yard. We made use of the natural slope of the front yard, the pile of snow Cindy shoveled out of the driveway, and the berm pushed up by the street plow. The kids and I just had to build a pile big enough for a starting platform beside the tree.
